Our Story
how it started
our story
We are a congregation situated in the heart of Edmonton, Canada. Sharing this incredible journey with my wife, Nancy, we have called Edmonton home for the past 12 years. Before making our home here, our professional endeavours led us to Nigeria, where we were actively engaged in the oil and gas industry.
In Nigeria, I served as a zonal pastor at Living Faith (Winners Chapel) in Ogun State. It was during this time that I received a divine message, a calling from God, foretelling that He would guide me to a new country. Remarkably, He assured me that I wouldn’t spend a dime on the journey, leaving the country’s specifics and timing undisclosed.
While I was fulfilling my role as a principal electrical engineer and part-time pastor at Winners, the appointed time arrived. I secured an interview with WorleyParsons Canada for the position of electrical technical specialist. Miraculously, I was not only offered the role, but the company graciously shouldered all relocation expenses for my family and me. This aligns seamlessly with the divine promise made years earlier.
In another divine encounter, the name of our church, El-Shaddai Miracle Centre International, was revealed to me, while the logo was unveiled to my wife. Thus, in August 2017, our home in Edmonton became the humble beginning of El-Shaddai Miracle Centre. True to its name, the church has become a vessel of miracles, echoing the divine power demonstrated through Moses in Egypt.
Our purpose transcends local boundaries, as God is orchestrating a revival in North America through the El-Shaddai Miracle Centre. The authenticity of God’s word is evident in the very name of the church, and it stands as a testament to the miraculous happenings within our congregation.
